Field Man
We can make a generic application to help organizations whose employees go in field as a sales man, service agent, courier boys, medical representatives, job workers (plumber, electricians, repairer) etc.
There will be two parts of this application, web and mobile.
From web administrator can do the following,
- Create and assign a ticket to field man or send him notifications / message.
- Trace the field men on map. (mobiles will expose their current location to server)
- Check if field man has started / completed the assigned job.
- Change the assignment of ticket from one to another. (the nearest one)
From mobile filed man can do following.
- Receive tickets / notifications / messages.
- Update the status of assigned ticket.
- Locate colleague field men.
- Send messages to other field man / administrator (without using SMS)
We can make this application on all platforms so that enterprises can utilize their existing infrastructure as well.
