Send an Expression - eSlap or express-it
Sometime we like express our feelings for our friends.
Sometime, I wish to slap someone on cracking a bad joke or abusing me, sometime send a love sign to a beautiful lady, sometime express anger for a baseless argument...
Idea is, I would like to have a mobile application which will fetch list of my friends from facebook/orkut/myspace and I select friend(s) and express my emotions right now... this app will post this expression with funny image generated with his/her profile image on his wall or profile so that all can see what I expressed.
Like a hand near his profile image shows a slap, a kiss on image showing love/like emotion, a punch, a grrrrr, a red faced icon. If we can express using simple animations (gif files) it will be like icing on cake.
If required we can first make facebook/orkut application and use it from mobile to do this task.

A Mobile Web Portal approuch would be nice. One that detects different screens and inputs like android 640, iPhone, iPad and winmob 320.

Are you in the Netherlands? Than it seems the mailserver is just not supporting an Android compatible mail protocol for Exchange. The mail server needs an update ;)
