With this app you can easily make an appointment with your colleagues on the best available date and time.

Create a meeting, set up a couple of dates and times you would like to meet with your colleagues. Send the dates out to their mobiles, directly from your address book. They will get a notice and fill in their availability on the suggested dates and push it back to your phone.

Get an overview of the dates and see which date 'fits' best. Plan your meeting and push it back to all their phones, placing a new appointment on their mobile agenda.

Example: John would like to set-up a meeting within 1 week. His suggested dates: 07/04 4PM, 09/04 2PM and 12/04 1PM. He pushes the request to all the recipients/colleagues.

The recipients will fill in their availability:

09/04 2PM: No, I can't (reason: jetlag)
12/04 1PM --> No, I can't (reason: on holiday)

John takes a look at the overview and pushes the 'best-fitting' appointment (07/04 4PM) back to his colleagues, and they can add it to their mobile agenda.
